Collect your order from your choice of our selected freight depots at a time & date that suits you.  

If you opt for your order to be sent to one of our selected depots you have the freedom to liaise with the depot to arrange your collection at a time and date that suits you.  They will load you up and you'll be on your way! See our list of depots now.

All the Buschbeck product range is available for immediate overnight despatch from our Hamilton warehouse and will normally deliver to a depot within 2-5 working after leaving us. Buschbeck BBQ / Outdoor Fireplaces are delivered on one shrink wrapped pallet complete with printed assembly instructions and can weigh up to 600 kgs. 

Each Buschbeck BBQ / Outdoor Fireplace contains approximately 10 sectional components of which only two require mortaring with the cement provided. Ideally two-three people are required to assemble the Buschbeck BBQ / Outdoor Fireplace as some of the individual components are quite heavy. 

Storage Surcharges

After purchasing your Buschbeck, we will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. 

Should you require us to hold your order, by prior arrangement, we can hold this in our depot for up to 3 weeks from the purchase date at no charge. Subsequent to this, a storage surcharge of $7.50 inc GST will apply per day.

If the order has been dispatched prior to the arrangement to hold your order and has arrived into a freight providers depot, a storage surcharge of $10.00 inc GST per day will apply.

North Island

We utilise a number of Transport Company’s dependent on the destination. Deliveries into North Island areas are sent via an appointed transport contractor. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days from dispatch. 

South Island

Deliveries outside the North Island areas are sent via an appointed transport contractor. Estimated delivery time is 5 -15 working days depending on your location. 

In every case we will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number for the delivery company we are using. This will give you full visibility of your orders progress.

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.
